目的:通过对灭菌操作的改进技巧应用,保证过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌正常运行,减少灭菌失败次数。方法 :对我院2013年过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌循环中断的所有批次进行统计、分析原因,采取相应的改进措施。结果 :在采取改进措施,操作中注意总结经验技巧,注意细节控制后,灭菌失败次数明显减少。结论 :STERRAD NX过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌器自检系统灵敏,任何操作不当均会造成程序中断,只有正确掌握流程,总结经验,注意技巧应用,才能有效避免程序中断。
OBJECTIVE: Through the application of the improved technique of sterilization operation, we can ensure the normal operation of hydrogen peroxide hydrogen plasma sterilization and reduce the number of sterilization failures. Methods: All the batches of the hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization cycle interruption in our hospital in 2013 were statistically analyzed, the reasons were analyzed and the corresponding improvement measures were taken. Results: In taking improvement measures, the operation should pay attention to summarize the experience and skills, and pay attention to the details of control, the number of sterilization failure significantly reduced. Conclusion: STERRAD NX hydrogen peroxide plasma cryogenic sterilizer self-test system is sensitive. Any improper operation will result in interruption of the program. Only by correctly grasping the process, summing up the experience and paying attention to the skill application can the interruption of the program be effectively avoided.
