人工流产术是对于避孕失败的一种有效地补救措施,也是终止意外妊娠的首选方法,因此被极为广泛的应用在临床实践之中。但是,人工流产术在本质上是一种侵入性的医学手段,极易导致术后不适症状甚至是并发症的出现,如阴道持续出血、月经周期紊乱、宫颈黏连、腹痛等,对于患者的生命健康安全带来了极大地损害。随着医疗科技的不断提高和人们对于自我健康的关注程度加大,如何有效地减少甚至是避免人工流产术后带来的不良反应和并发症便成为了当前临床工作者关注的重点问题。本文对于妈富隆这一药物预防和治疗由人工流产术引起的不良反应和并发症的应用进行综述。

However, abortion is essentially an invasive medical means that can easily lead to postoperative discomfort or even the emergence of complications such as persistent vaginal bleeding, menstrual cycle disorders, cervical adhesions, abdominal pain, etc., for patients The health and safety of life has brought tremendous damage. With the continuous improvement of medical science and technology and people’s increasing concern for self-health, how to effectively reduce or even avoid the adverse reactions and complications caused by abortion has become the focus of current clinicians. This article reviews the use of Marvelon in the prevention and treatment of adverse effects and complications caused by induced abortion.
