目的探讨血小板衍生生长因子 (PDGF)在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术观察了PDGF A链和PDGF B链在 16例肺鳞癌及 5例肺腺癌中的表达 ,并与其在肺非特异性炎症组织中的表达相比较。结果PDGF A链和PDGF B链的表达主要定位于肿瘤细胞胞浆、血管内皮细胞及平滑肌细胞 ,炎症组织的肺泡上皮细胞及血管平滑肌细胞少量表达 ;PDGF A链和PDGF B链在NSCLC组有明显过表达。结论PDGF A链和PDGF B链的过表达与NSCLC有关 ,PDGF是一个细胞增殖的标志。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of PDGF A chain and PDGF B chain in 16 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma and 5 cases of lung adenocarcinoma and compared with their expression in lung nonspecific inflammatory tissues. Results The expression of PDGF A chain and PDGF B chain mainly localized in the cytoplasm of tumor cells, vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells, and the expression of PDGF A chain and PDGF B chain in NSCLC group Overexpression. Conclusion The overexpression of PDGF A chain and PDGF B chain is related to NSCLC. PDGF is a marker of cell proliferation.
