余斌,湖南省临湘市原副市长,曾任临湘市纪委副书记、市教育局局长。2005年7月,湖南省岳阳市中级人民法院二审判定:余斌犯受贿罪,判处有期徒刑3年,缓刑5年,并处没收财产6万元。依法追缴余斌受贿所得9.5万元及10万元非法所得。近段时间,这个“将受贿款用于扶贫”的副市长,成了人们关注的人物。人们议论,自己不挥霍就不是贪官?
