本文分析了对党建工作不够重视、党建组织建设相对滞后、缺乏完善的工作制度以及党建工作监督和管理存在较大难度等目前企业项目党建思想政治工作存在问题,研究了提高项目党建工作重视程度、将党建工作融入实际工作中以及强化党建工作监督和管理等强化企业项目党建思想政治工作有效途径,以期为企业项目党建思想政治工作的开展提供一些参考,推动我国企业项目党建思想政治工作的不断发展。
