治疗和预防胰腺感染通常均使用广谱抗生素,但各种药物的临床效果不同。为了寻找最容易渗透到胰液中的抗生素,作者对11例部分胰腺移植的病人做了16次试验,研究了氯林霉素、头孢西丁和哌拉西林对胰液的渗透性。给药前和给药后0·5、1、1·5、2、3、4、5、6、8小时采集血液和胰液标本,由胰腺导管引出纯净胰液进行研究。若1人服用2种药物试验,其间隔为4~12天。
The broad-spectrum antibiotics are commonly used in the treatment and prevention of pancreatic infections, but the clinical effects of various medications are different. In an effort to find antibiotics that are most likely to penetrate into pancreatic juice, the authors conducted 16 trials of 11 patients with partial pancreas transplants to investigate the effects of clindamycin, cefoxitin, and piperacillin on pancreatic juice permeability. Blood and pancreatic juice samples were collected before and at 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 hours after administration, and pure pancreatic juice was extracted from the pancreatic duct. If a person taking two kinds of drug test, the interval is 4 to 12 days.
