目的:以HPLC-ELSD法测定益母草中盐酸水苏碱的含量。方法:色谱柱:Luna 5u SCX 100A(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇0.05mol·L~(-1)醋酸铵(15:85),流速:1.0ml·min~(-1),柱温:30℃;检测器参数:雾化器温度:60℃蒸发器温度:90℃蒸发器气流:1.0 L·min~(-1);结果:盐酸水苏碱在1.23~8.18μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为101.01%,RSD=1.24%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便,快速易行,结果准确可靠,可以作为益母草中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。
Objective: To determine the content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Herba Leonuri by HPLC-ELSD method. Method: Column: Luna 5u SCX 100A (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase: methanol 0.05mol·L -1 ammonium acetate (15:85), flow rate: 1.0ml·min -1 , Column temperature: 30°C; Detector parameters: Nebulizer temperature: 60°C Evaporator temperature: 90°C Evaporator flow: 1.0 L·min -1; Result: Stachydrine hydrochloride in the range of 1.23 - 8.18 μg The internal linearity was good, r=0.9997, the average recovery was 101.01%, RSD=1.24% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is simple, fast, easy and accurate. It can be used as a method for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Herba Leonuri.
