无论是采取自主加工方式还是外包服务方式,设施设备都是开展档案数字化加工的必要条件。档案数字化的设施设备主要包括两大方面:一是场地及相关设施,二是数字化加工设备。本文依据国家和省主管部门的有关规定,参考“广东省档案馆馆藏档案数字化项目”设施设备配置的情况,简要介绍档案数字化加工项目设施设备配置和管理的一般要求。
Whether it is to take autonomous processing or outsourcing services, facilities and equipment are all necessary conditions for the digitization of archives. File digital facilities and equipment include two major aspects: First, the venue and related facilities, and second, digital processing equipment. Based on the relevant provisions of the state and provincial authorities, this paper briefly introduces the general requirements for the equipment configuration and management of facilities for digitalized processing of archives, referring to the configuration of facilities and facilities in the archives of Guangdong Provincial Archives and Archives.
