民主观念的教育在公民意识教育中占有重要的地位,对培养青少年成为有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的“四有”公民有着重要作用.在中学思想政治课教育中设“民主观念”这一内容,既有现实意义,又有时代感.“民主观念”的内容在中学思想政治课教育中是个新课题.教材新,理论性强,知识面较宽,有一定的深度、难度.初一学生一方面对民主观念缺乏理论认识和实际生活体验,另一方面在改革开放和民主建设的影响下,有要求民主的朦胧愿望,但缺乏正确行使民主权利的基本知识,更不能正确地实践.有鉴于此,我从以下几方面进行了尝试.
