以叶绿素(chl)为光敏剂利用太阳能的研究是近代的热门课题,至今方兴未艾.我们实验室近年来在这方面做了一系列工作,结果和文献报道都表明叶绿素-a的光电效应与其存在状态密切相关,当它以单分子或其聚集体存在时不会发生光化学反应,只有形成水合体才能发生光化学反应.本文通过在chla/SnO_2电极上加入胆固醇(cho)对其光电效应的影响对上述结果进行了专门的实验,进一步说明了叶绿素-a水合体是叶绿素发生光电效应的必要结构,对如何提高chla/SnO_2电极的光电效应具有一定的指导意义。
