合成了新试剂8-氨基喹啉-5-偶氮-对苯胂酸(APAQ)。通过元素分析和红外光谱分析证实该产品为目的物。研究了APAQ与钯(Ⅱ)的显色反应及其最佳条件。在溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,于pH=10.5的硼砂介质中,钯(Ⅱ)与APAQ形成1∶3的深绿色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于610nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=8.01×10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),钯(Ⅱ)量在0~19μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。显色反应有较好的选择性。该方法准确、灵敏、稳定、简便,用于一些物料中微量钯(Ⅱ)的测定结果较为满意。
A new reagent, 8-aminoquinoline-5-azo-p-phenanthrenic acid (APAQ) was synthesized. The product was confirmed by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The color reaction of APAQ with palladium (Ⅱ) and its optimum conditions were studied. In the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB), palladium (Ⅱ) formed a 1: 3 dark green complex with APAQ in borax media at pH = 10.5. The maximum absorption peak was at 610 nm.
