有效教学现代定义的中心是重视课堂师生的互动,即关注教师对学生发展的有效影响。因此,教师在课堂中的有效教学行为和策略是实现有效教学的关键。在教师有效教学行为的影响下,学生的表现是积极活跃、自主合作、大胆质疑、创新进取的。从提高课堂教学的有效性措施方面对《植物生长需要水》一节的教学进行了反思与剖析。
The focus of modern definition of effective teaching is to pay attention to the interaction of classroom teachers and students, that is, to pay attention to the effective influence of teachers on student development. Therefore, teachers’ effective teaching behaviors and tactics in the classroom are the key to effective teaching. Under the influence of teachers’ effective teaching behaviors, the performance of students is active, independent and cooperative, boldly questioning and innovative and enterprising. From the aspect of improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching, the teaching of “Water for Plant Growth” is re-examined and analyzed.
