在合成润滑油装置搬迁项目中 ,利用闲置的直径 1 .6m塔 ,替代现有合成润滑油分离系统的两座 1 .0 m已处于下限操作的串联常压分馏塔。针对精馏塔下限操作的存在的操作问题 ,进行了消除下限操作瓶颈的案例研究。首期对该常压塔进行了堵孔 ,结果表明效果基本达到了生产要求 ,但操作稳定性极差 ;第二期改造是应用 Super V1浮阀塔板 ,成功地消除了塔设备的下限瓶颈 ,表明 Super V1浮阀塔板具有极为优良的下限性能。本工作为改善塔板的下限操作提供了一个典型的事例
In the synthetic lubricant plant relocation project, the idle 1.6m diameter tower was used instead of the two 1.0m tandem atmospheric distillation towers operating at the lower limit of the existing synthetic lubricant separation system. Aiming at the existing operation problems of lower limit distillation column, a case study of eliminating the bottleneck of lower limit operation was carried out. The first phase of the atmospheric tower was blocked, the results showed that the basic effect of the production to meet the production requirements, but the operational stability is poor; the second phase of the transformation is the application of Super V1 valve tray, successfully eliminating the tower bottom limit bottleneck , Indicating Super V1 valve tray has a very good lower limit performance.
