HTF-1型耐高温有机泡沫保温材料的研究,是“七·五”国家重点科研攻关项目中的一个分项课题,中国石油天然气总公司工程技术研究所,经过两年多的实验研制,在辽河油田油建二部和欢喜岭采油厂的大力协助下,进行了现场中试、工业化生产及工程应用。于1989年5月25日,由总公司科技发展部主持,采用通信方式的专家评议,通过了技术鉴定,签发了正式鉴定证书。其鉴定意见是: (1)HTF-1型耐高温有机泡沫保温材料,各项性能指标已达到了攻关项目的要求,经辽河油田稠油生产管道使用,能满足生产要求。 (2)HTF-1型耐高温有机泡沫保温材料采用GP-ZJ-DS三元新型催化剂,有效地
