人体在进行体育活动时,不仅消耗大量的热能,同时也丧失大量的水分。特别是夏季天热,机体内失水更多。这就会引起各部器官,主要是中枢神经系统机能降低,出现抽筋、四肢无力、工作能力下降等现象。据测定水占成人体重的65%左右。当失水占体重的4%~5%时,肌肉工作能力下降约20%~30%;当失水至体重10%时,则会造成循环衰竭。因此,在运动中和运动后如何补充水分,是一个不可忽略和值得重视的问题。
