本文采用光镜与扫描电镜联合观察豚鼠听毛细胞表皮板结构，以确定毛细胞表皮板的较早期病变和清晰显示毛细胞表皮板的亚显微结构，从而提供了内耳病理实验依据。
In this paper, light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy combined observation of guinea pigs epidermal plate structure of hair cells to determine the epidermal plate of hair cells earlier lesions and clearly show the epidermal plate of hair cells sub-microstructure, which provides the basis for the pathology of the inner ear.
