目的比较黑胸散白蚁对常见几种树皮的取食偏好,为更好地开展白蚁监测控制技术研究提供科学依据。方法室内设置装置观察取食不同树皮的白蚁数量和各处理发霉情况,并称量、计算白蚁对不同树皮的取食量。结果在室内条件下,黑胸散白蚁对桉树皮的相对反应率最高,白蚁累计达到458.33只,其次是杉树皮和松树皮;松树、桉树、梧桐、杨树等4种树皮在试验期间内未发生霉变;在9种树皮中,桉树皮的被食量最高,达到0.12 g。结论桉树皮可作为诱饵或者添加材料诱杀黑胸散白蚁,本研究为黑胸散白蚁的高效诱饵研制提供了参考。
Objective To compare the feeding preference of common black bark termites to several common barks and to provide a scientific basis for better research on control technology of termites monitoring. Methods Indoor installations were used to observe the number of termites feeding on different barks and the mildew of each treatment. The termites were weighed to calculate the feeding amount of termites to different barks. Results Under indoor conditions, the relative response rate of termites was highest, accounting for 458.33 termites, followed by fir bark and pine bark. Four barks of pine, eucalyptus, sycamore, poplar and other bark during the test Within 9 barks, the edible amount of eucalyptus bark was the highest, reaching 0.12 g. Conclusion Eucalyptus bark can be used as a bait or additive to trap black-tailed termites. This study provides a reference for the development of efficient bait for black-tailed termites.
