China and Russia Sign Crude Oil Pipeline and Crude Oil Long-term Purchase and Sale Contract China National Petroleum Corporation and Russia Yukos Petroleum Company signed the "General Agreement on Basic Principles and Consensus on Long-term Purchase and Sale of Crude Oil in Crude Oil Pipeline between China and Russia and the General Agreement on 6 Million Tonnes of Crude Oil Railway sales contract. The Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline project is the largest economic cooperation project between the two countries at present. Within 5 years after the project is put into operation, it will realize 20 million tons of crude oil trade each year and increase it to 30 million tons annually.
