目的 :探讨铁皮石斛冲剂对小鼠的急性毒性及致突变性。方法 :小鼠使用药物后 ,观察其病死率并计算骨髓嵴多染红细胞 (PCE)的微核率。结果 :铁皮石斛冲剂对小鼠经口LD50大于10g/kg ,铁皮石斛冲剂对小鼠的微核率明显低于阳性对照组 ,且与阴性对照组差异无显著性。结论 :铁皮石斛冲剂对小鼠无急性毒性和致突变性作用
Objective : To investigate the acute toxicity and mutagenicity of Dipengshi powder in mice. Methods : After the mice were treated with drugs, their mortality was observed and the micronucleus rate of bone marrow-derived multi-erythrocytic (PCE) cells was calculated. Results : The oral LD50 of mice treated with Dendrobium candidum was greater than 10g/kg, and the micronucleus rate of mice treated with Dingle Shixue Granules was significantly lower than that of the positive control group. There was no significant difference from the negative control group. Conclusion : There is no acute toxicity and mutagenic effect of Ding Pei Decoction on mice
