钩虫病是严重危害人类健康的一种常见寄生虫病。据我国人体寄生虫分布调查结果分析，我国钩虫感染人数约有１．９４亿。在“肠线虫病综合防治”试点乡江都市吴堡乡吉家村（甲村），采用反复化疗（选择性化疗及目标化疗），肠线虫感染率已从１９８７年的８９．８％降至１９９７
Hookworm disease is a common parasitic disease that seriously harms human health. According to the analysis of the distribution of human parasites in China, the number of hookworm infections in China is about 194 million. In the trial “Integrated control of intestinal nematodiasis” in Jijia Village (Jia Village), Wubao Township, Jiangcheng City, Jiangyan City, repeated chemotherapy (selective chemotherapy and targeted chemotherapy) was used. The infection rate of intestinal nematodes has dropped from 89.8% in 1987 to 1997.
