通过在铸铁中添加不同含量的Sn,分析Sn含量变化对铸铁在600~20℃交变温度下抗热疲劳性能的影响规律。结果表明,当Sn的添加量为0.06%时,在270℃等温淬火0.5 h后,铸铁的基体组织为奥铁体,具有最佳的抗热疲劳性能。
By adding different amounts of Sn in cast iron, the influence of Sn content on the thermal fatigue resistance of cast iron at 600 ~ 20 ℃ alternating temperature was analyzed. The results show that when the amount of Sn is 0.06%, the matrix structure of cast iron is ausferrite after isothermal quenching at 270 ℃ for 0.5 h, which has the best thermal fatigue resistance.
