2004年,许多朋友都买了房。如今,大家在一起聊天,感慨很多。有的说本来没有计划买房,但怕以后还得涨价,一狠心就提前买了。买了以后就觉得压力很大,后悔了。有的是过去买股票买得心寒,改投资房产,可股票又涨起来了。总之,不太顺心。其实,买了房的和想购房的,都需要静下心来好好想一想,是不是真的那么急,必须在短期内购房?买房时会不会一时热情和冲动,遭遇了陷阱还不自知?也许,我们都应该在买房的过程中多一些冷静,多一些慎重。
