冰温贮藏作为第3代物理保鲜技术,己引起越来越多的关注,但是作为冰温贮藏技术的主要冰温库的设计构造却少有研究。在对影响冰温库温度波动的众多因素分析的基础上,认为供冷方式、库体结构及控制方式是最重要的3个因素,并利用FLUENT软件进行了模拟分析。通过在冰温库中实际运用这些技术,效果很好,在空库的条件下,库温波动只有0.3℃。这些研究工作为冰温技术的推广奠定了良好的基础。
As the third generation of physical preservation technology, ice temperature storage has attracted more and more attention, but the design structure of the main ice temperature storage, which is the technology of ice temperature storage, is seldom studied. Based on the analysis of many factors that affect the temperature fluctuation of ice-cold reservoir, it is considered that the cooling mode, the structure of the reservoir and the control mode are the most important three factors, and the simulation is done by using FLUENT software. By applying these techniques in ice-cold reservoirs, the effect is very good, with a fluctuating temperature of only 0.3 ° C in empty reservoirs. These research work laid a good foundation for the popularization of ice temperature technology.
