循环经济要求把经济活动组织成一个“资源-产品-再生资源”的反馈式流程,其特征是低开采、高利用、低排放。减量化、再使用、再循环,是循环经济中的准则。绿色产品是循环经济的载体,绿色设计是关键,从概念设计阶段就着重考虑产品环境属性,在满足环境目标要求的同时,保证产品应有的功能、使用寿命、质量等。本文以循环经济思想为指导,从材料的选择、制造工艺、液压工作介质污染控制、发动机选用四个方面论述了绿色设计的原则。绿色工程机械产品将会给企业及其产品树立良好形象,并最终带来不可估量的社会和经济效益。
Circular economy requires that economic activities be organized into a “feed-product-renewable resource” feedback process that is characterized by low production, high utilization, and low emissions. Reduce, reuse, recycling, is the circular economy guidelines. Green product is the carrier of circular economy, green design is the key, from the conceptual design stage to focus on product environmental attributes, to meet the requirements of environmental objectives, while ensuring the product should have the function, service life, quality and so on. Based on the thought of circular economy, this paper discusses the principle of green design from the aspects of material selection, manufacturing technology, pollution control of hydraulic working medium and engine selection. Green engineering machinery products will be to establish a good image of enterprises and their products, and eventually bring immeasurable social and economic benefits.
