在幼儿的培养过程中,幼儿教师的作用十分重要。近年来,随着幼儿教育工作的不断推进,幼儿教师团队的建设也显示出了存在的问题和不足,主要表现为幼师队伍不够稳定、人员流动性大、结构欠缺科学安排等。而幼儿对于幼师的现实需求却仍然比较强,这就要求幼师在专业的成长路径方面要有独特的侧重点。本文通过完善幼师的团队建设引入了互助团队的现实对策,从而实现专业发展路径的优化。
In the process of child care, the role of kindergarten teachers is very important. In recent years, with the continuous promotion of preschool education, the construction of preschool teachers team also shows its existing problems and shortcomings. The main problems are the instability of kindergarten teachers, the large mobility of staff and the lack of scientific arrangement in structure. However, the actual needs of young children for kindergarten teachers are still relatively strong, which requires that kindergarten teachers have a unique focus on the professional growth path. This article introduces the practical countermeasures of mutual aid team by improving the team building of kindergarten teachers so as to optimize the professional development path.
