为贯彻落实国务院关于安全生产的重大部署,迅速稳定铁路运输安全局面,铁道部自7月24日起至9月30日,在全国铁路系统开展安全生产大检查活动。为推进安全生产大检查活动深入开展,铁道部专门下发通知,对大检查工作作了周密部署。铁道部成立了由部党组书记、部长盛光祖任组长的安全大检查领导小组,部党组成员按分工抓好安全大检查工作,并深入基层检查指导。各部门分工负责,部安全监察司负责全路安全生产大检查的综合协调工作,运输局牵头负责运输方面、建设管理司牵头负责建设方面、公安局牵头负责治安方面的安全生产大检查工作,其他部门按分工认真抓好大检查工作。
