目的:研究宝铎草提取物的止咳、祛痰作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为空白、阳性药、乙酸乙酯层提取物高、低剂量(2.5,1.25 g.kg-1)和水层提取液高、低剂量(2.5,1.25 g.kg-1)组,ig给药5 d。采用小鼠氨水引咳实验观察其镇咳作用,小鼠气管段酚红排泌实验观察其祛痰作用。取兔离体气管条,随机分为阳性药组、宝铎草乙酸乙酯层高、中、低剂量(100,10,1.0g.L-1)和水层高、中、低剂量(100,10,1.0 g.L-1)组,采用纤毛运动实验观察其促进纤毛运动作用。结果:宝铎草乙酸乙酯层提取液止咳作用显著(P<0.01);乙酸乙酯层及水层提取物均可影响酚红分泌(P<0.05);乙酸乙酯层及水层提取物高剂量组可明显加快兔离体气管纤毛运动速率(P<0.01)。结论:宝铎草乙酸乙酯层及水层提取物具有止咳、祛痰作用;其止咳作用有效成分主要分布于乙酸乙酯层。
Objective: To study the antitussive and expectorant effects of extract of Po-tao grass. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into blank, positive drug, ethyl acetate extract high and low dose (2.5,1.25 g.kg-1) and aqueous extract high and low dose (2.5,1.25 g.kg- 1) group, ig administration for 5 days. The antitussive action was induced by mouse ammonia cough-inducing experiment, and the exudation of phenol red in the trachea of mice was observed to expectorant effect. The rabbits were randomly divided into positive drug group, high, medium and low dose (100, 10, 1.0gL-1) and high, medium and low dose , 1.0 gL-1) group. Ciliary motility was used to observe the effect of ciliary motility. Results: The antitussive effect of extract of Eupatorium officinale on ethyl acetate extract was significant (P <0.01). Ethyl acetate extract and aqueous extract both affected the secretion of phenol red (P <0.05). Ethyl acetate and aqueous extracts High-dose group can significantly accelerate the rate of isolated tracheal cilia (P <0.01). Conclusion: The extract of Eupatorium officinale with ethyl acetate and aqueous extracts has antitussive and expectorant effects. The active ingredients of its antitussive activity are mainly distributed in the ethyl acetate layer.
