针对目前我国重大工程建设的安全管理现状,以系统管理的思路借鉴国内外重大工程建设安全管理模式的先进之处,综合考虑影响重大工程建设过程中安全管理的各因素,建立6个一级指标,27个二级指标的评价体系。运用层次分析法(AHP)对其中指标进行权重计算,结果显示危险源辨识、危险源控制与管理是影响安全管理状况的主要因素;结合模糊综合评价法对泰州长江公路大桥的安全管理现状进行综合评价,结果显示为良好,与实际情况相符合,证明其可行性。该安全管理系统评价指标体系的建立与评价方法的运用,对重大工程建设的安全管理现状评价有借鉴意义,以期提高我国重大工程建设现场的安全管理水平。
Aiming at the current situation of safety management in major construction projects in our country, this paper draws lessons from the advanced aspects of safety management modes of major construction projects both at home and abroad with the thought of system management. Considering various factors that affect the safety management in major construction projects, six first-level indicators , 27 second-level indicators of the evaluation system. The AHP is used to calculate the weight of the index, and the result shows that hazard source identification and hazard source control and management are the main factors affecting the safety management status. Combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the safety management status of Taizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge Evaluation, the results showed good, in line with the actual situation, to prove its feasibility. The establishment of the evaluation index system of safety management system and the application of evaluation methods have reference significance for the evaluation of the current status of safety management in major construction projects in order to improve the safety management level of major construction sites in our country.
