经济的快速发展和科学技术的不断进步,使社会面貌发生了巨大变化,深刻改变了人们的生活方式和生活习惯,影响了人们的思维方式。特别是计算机信息技术的发展使我们步入了信息化时代,缩短了人与人之间的时间和空间距离,使人们的生产和生活更加便捷,得到越来越广泛的应用。随着电子文件的产生和发展,电子档案管理逐渐成为档案管理的新趋势。本文主要从对电子文件的基本认识、电子文件与档案管理中存在的问题、以及加强电子档案管理的措施等方面来进行探讨。
The rapid economic development and continuous improvement of science and technology have caused great changes in the social outlook, profoundly changing people’s lifestyles and living habits, and affecting people’s way of thinking. In particular, the development of computer information technology has brought us into the information age, shortened the time and space distance between people, and made people’s life and production more convenient and more and more widely used. With the emergence and development of electronic documents, electronic records management has become a new trend of file management. This article mainly discusses the basic understanding of electronic documents, the existing problems in the management of electronic documents and records, and the measures to strengthen the management of electronic records.
