随着我国城市化进程的加快,房屋拆迁已经成为人们关注的问题。不仅因为拆迁涉及的地区广泛、人数众多,更为重要的是房产是大部分人奋斗一生才得到的私有财产,一旦被拆迁,且又未得到公平、合理的补偿,那就意味着其安身立命之所将化为乌有,生命无所系,构建社会主义和谐社会也只能是空中楼阁。本文就当前我国房屋拆迁过程中立法、行政、司法存在的各种问题进行了分析,并对如何解决这些问题展开论述,以期对健全法律法规,更好地保护被拆迁人的权益有所裨益。
