导入小麦的高大山羊草(Aegilops longissima)1S~1染色体可以显著提高小麦加工品质及子粒Fe和Zn元素含量。因此,1S~1染色体特异分子标记的建立对子粒Fe和Zn元素含量高的高品质小麦的选育具有重要意义。试验建立了高大山羊草1S~1染色体特异分子标记9个。其中染色体短臂标记2个,长臂标记6个,同时定位于长臂和短臂的标记1个。利用建立的分子标记对杂交群体进行检测。结果表明,建立的9个标记可以对分离群体进行有效筛选与鉴定。因此,获得的高大山羊草1S~1染色体特异分子标记可以应用于杂交群体的筛选、鉴定以及辅助选育子粒Fe和Zn元素含量高的高品质小麦。
The 1S ~ 1 chromosome of Aegilops longissima introduced into wheat could significantly improve the processing quality of wheat and the contents of Fe and Zn in grains. Therefore, the establishment of 1S ~ 1 chromosome-specific molecular markers is of great significance for the breeding of high-quality wheat with high Fe and Zn contents. In the experiment, 9 chromosome-specific molecular markers of 1S ~ 1 were isolated from tall goatgrass. Two of them were labeled with short arm and six with long arm, and one was located in the long arm and the short arm. The established molecular markers were used to detect hybrids. The results showed that the established nine markers could effectively screen and identify the isolated population. Therefore, the 1S ~ 1 chromosome-specific molecular markers obtained from tall goatgrass can be used to screen, identify and supplement high-quality wheat with high content of Fe and Zn in hybrids.
