以粉煤灰作为原材料,研究粉煤灰基矿物聚合物的制备技术,并优化了激发剂溶液组成、养护温度及养护方式。在此基础上研究了粉煤灰基矿物聚合物的各种性能,如耐酸性、耐热性、耐硫酸盐腐蚀性、碱集料反应性能等,并尝试利用粉煤灰基矿物聚合物配制混凝土,测定了粉煤灰基矿物聚合物混凝土的和易性、抗压强度。结果表明,粉煤灰基矿物聚合物具有优良的耐酸性、耐热性和耐硫酸腐蚀性,没有潜在碱集料反应危害,可以用来配制和易性良好的混凝土。
Using fly ash as raw material, the preparation technology of fly ash-based mineral polymer was studied and the composition of activator solution, curing temperature and curing method were optimized. On this basis, various properties of fly ash-based mineral polymers, such as acid resistance, heat resistance, sulfate resistance, alkali aggregate reaction performance and so on, were studied. At the same time, the fly ash-based mineral polymer Concrete, determination of the fly ash-based mineral polymer concrete workability, compressive strength. The results show that the fly ash-based mineral polymer has excellent acid resistance, heat resistance and resistance to sulfuric acid corrosion. It has no potential alkali aggregate reaction hazards and can be used to prepare concrete with good workability.
