棉花植株中的黄酮类化合物是重要的抗病虫害物质。本研究用高效液相色谱技术检测了棉花组织中的黄酮类化合物 ,结果表明 ,陆地棉中以异槲皮苷和芸香苷为主。棉花顶端嫩叶黄酮总量的变化 ,一般从 3叶期到 7叶期有一下降 ,然后迅速增长 ,铃期达到高峰 ,以后又有所下降 ;棉花铃期不同组织中以花瓣中黄酮含量最高 (约9% ) ,花萼及铃中最低 (<0 5 % )。
Flavonoids in cotton plants are important pest-resistant substances. In this study, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to detect the flavonoids in cotton tissue. The results showed that isoquercitrin and rutin were the main components of upland cotton. The change of the total flavonoids of young leaves at the top of cotton leaves generally decreased from the 3rd leaf stage to the 7th leaf stage and then increased rapidly with the peak of the boll stage and then decreased again.
