1.新购机具的磨合新购的农机具应先磨合再使用,以延长机具的使用寿命。 (1)新机具磨合前,应加入合适的燃油和润滑油,水冷式发动机要加足冷却水。 (2)在磨合中,注意听、闻、摸、看。“听”发动机及底盘有无异响;“闻”是否有烧焦味和排气烟味;“摸”发动机温度是否过高;“看”排气的颜色和运转部分工作是否正常,有无漏油、漏水现象。如发现异常,应立即停机检查。属“三包”范围的,千万不要乱拆,应及时向销售部门反映,并求得解决。 (3)磨合后,机具的润滑油应全部排出,并用柴油清洗干净,按规定加入干净的润滑油。同时对连接件进行紧固和调整,然后投入使用。 2.新购机具的使用
