目的通过报告一起布鲁氏菌病暴发疫情的调查与处理结果,为处理类似事件提供参考。方法对本次布鲁氏菌病暴发疫情的个案流行病学调查资料、检验结果与调查处理情况进行描述性流行病学分析。结果本次暴发疫情共发现病例3例,畜间调查共采集羊血液样本56份,其中阳性样本19份。结论本次为一起家庭布鲁氏菌病暴发疫情,传染源为病羊,传染途径为饲养、屠宰病羊及为病羊接产等接触病羊等行为;通过采取综合控制措施,疫情得到控制。
OBJECTIVE To provide a reference for handling similar incidents by reporting the results of the investigation and treatment of an outbreak of brucellosis. Methods Epidemiological investigation of the case of brucellosis outbreak, test results and investigation and treatment of descriptive epidemiological analysis. Results The outbreak of the outbreak were found in 3 cases, a total of 56 intercourse blood samples were collected from sheep, of which 19 were positive samples. Conclusion This outbreak was caused by an outbreak of Brucellosis. The source of infection was sick sheep. The route of infection was feeding, slaughtering diseased sheep and engaging sick sheep in contact with diseased sheep. Integrated epidemic control was adopted .
