目的探讨膀胱肿瘤合并良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)患者同期行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(transurethral resection for bladder tumor,TURBT)及前列腺汽化电切术(transurethral electrovaporization of theprostate,TUVP)的可行性及疗效。方法2005年11月-2009年5月收治膀胱症肿瘤合并BPH患者20例,同期行TURBT及TUVP。结果手术时间50~130min,平均61min。全部患者术后随访3~42个月,平均10个月。膀胱癌复发2例,均为异位复发,再次行TURBT,各随访6个月无复发。结论膀胱肿瘤合并BPH患者同期行TURBT及TUVP方法可行,疗效可靠。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of transurethral resection for bladder tumor (TURBT) and transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate (TUVP) in patients with bladder tumor complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) And efficacy. Methods From November 2005 to May 2009, 20 patients with bladder cancer complicated with BPH were treated with TURBT and TUVP. Results The operation time was 50 ~ 130min with an average of 61min. All patients were followed up for 3 to 42 months, an average of 10 months. Two cases of bladder cancer recurrence were ectopic recurrence TURBT again, no follow-up of 6 months follow-up. Conclusions TURBT and TUVP are feasible in patients with bladder tumor complicated with BPH and have reliable curative effect.
