研究了分子筛硅膜反应器的制备、结构、以及在环已烷脱氢方面的应用。实验表明,环已烷脱氢反应转化率与进料时空有关,当进料时空为15s左右,膜反应器的环已烷脱氢转化率比普通反应器的平衡转化率约高10%。
The preparation, structure and application of cyclohexane dehydrogenation in molecular sieve silicon membrane reactor were studied. The experimental results show that the conversion of cyclohexane dehydrogenation reaction is related to the feed time and space. When the feed space-time is about 15s, the dehydrogenation conversion of cyclohexane in the membrane reactor is about 10% higher than that of the normal reactor.
