我国古医书中早有关于用核桃仁治疗尿石病的记载,解放后也有临床报告,但至今尚未见有关核桃仁对尿石作用的实验性研究报道。文献中有关尿石动物模型的制作方法是不少的,但是用草酰胺进行诱发的方法自从1889年发表以来延用至今,而且和其它方法比较起来,它具有诱发简便及制成迅速的特点。故本研究采用草酰胺尿石模型。本研究表明核桃仁能抑制大鼠草酰胺尿石的生长。材料与方法 1.草酰胺系自行合成。合成系按下列化学反应进行:(COOC_2H_5)_2+2NH_4OH=(CON H_2)_2+2C_2H_5OH+2H_2O。操作时将浓氨水(可略超过计算量)逐滴加至
In ancient Chinese medicine books, there have been reports on the treatment of urolithiasis with walnuts, and there have been clinical reports after liberation. However, there have been no reports of experimental studies on the effects of walnut kernels on urinary stones. There are many methods for producing animal models of urine in the literature, but the method of inducing with oxamide has been used since its publication in 1889. Compared with other methods, it has the characteristics of simple induction and rapid production. Therefore, the oxamide urolith model was used in this study. This study shows that walnut kernels can inhibit the growth of oxamide uroliths in rats. Materials and Methods 1. Oxamides are self-synthesized. The synthesis was performed according to the following chemical reaction: (COOC_2H_5)_2+2NH_4OH=(CON H_2)_2+2C_2H_5OH+2H_2O. Concentrated ammonia (which can slightly exceed the calculated amount) is added dropwise to the operation.
