目的建立氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法测定乳制品中铅含量的方法。方法样品经直接灰化法后,以硝酸处理未灰化碳粒,最后以盐酸溶解灰分并定容。加入铁氰化钾-盐酸羟胺溶液及硼氢化钾-盐酸溶液,氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法测定铅含量。探讨盐酸介质、还原剂、氧化剂、盐酸羟胺等因素对测定方法的影响。结果本法提出的样品处理方法安全、快速。本法检出限为0.07μg/L,相对标准差为1.22%~7.63%,回收率为92.4%~103.2%。结论本法可用于测定乳制品中铅的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of lead in dairy products by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods After direct ashing method, nitric acid was used to treat non-ashed carbon particles, finally, hydrochloric acid was used to dissolve ash and set the volume. Hydrogenation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the lead content by adding potassium ferricyanide - hydroxylamine hydrochloride solution and potassium borohydride - hydrochloric acid solution. The influence of hydrochloric acid medium, reducing agent, oxidant, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and other factors on the determination method was discussed. Results The method proposed in this law is safe and fast. The detection limit of this method is 0.07μg / L, the relative standard deviations are 1.22% ~ 7.63%, the recoveries are 92.4% ~ 103.2%. Conclusion This method can be used to determine the content of lead in dairy products.
