目的 :观察导乐分娩的效果。方法 :对 2 9例临产的孕妇进行导乐陪伴分娩 ,与 2 9例未行导乐陪伴分娩对照。结果 :导乐组正常分娩率 (89.5 % )明显高于对照组 (72 % )。难产率 (10 .5 % ) ,新生儿窒息率 (10 % ) ,明显低于对照组 (难产率 2 8% ,新生儿窒息率 2 0 .6 % )。结论 :导乐陪伴分娩是以产妇为中心的新的服务模式 ,是一种简便、易行 ,很受孕妇及家属欢迎的服务方式 ,值得推广应用
Objective: To observe the effect of lead music delivery. Methods: 29 maternal pregnant women with dural accompanied delivery, and 29 cases did not accompany dances with childbirth control. Results: The normal delivery rate of lead group (89.5%) was significantly higher than that of control group (72%). Difficult labor rate (10.5%), neonatal asphyxia (10%), significantly lower than the control group (28% of the rate of dystocia, neonatal asphyxia 20.6%). Conclusion: Dauphole accompaniment with childbirth is a new service model centered on maternity, which is a kind of service that is easy, easy and popular among pregnant women and their families, which is worth popularizing and applying
