While the international sci-tech periodicals are invariably heading in the direction of intensification, specialization and digitization, how should sci-tech periodicals in our country turn against the trend and the voice of reform gradually surfaced? This summer, a “Scientific Ferocious Prize” sparked by “Ferremi Ferret” made me remember. Although the heat of the event has gradually retreated, but in retrospect it is inevitably a lot of emotion. In the current competition for scientific achievements of “publishing as the king and starting as the king,” Chinese scientists, because of being rejected by well-known academic journals in foreign countries, may lose the priority of finding “foreign Ermitage”
