贵州省结核病防治研究所机构单列座谈会及各地、州、市结防所长会议于1991年元月9日在贵阳举行,省卫生厅及有关各级领导102人出席了会议。经省政府批准贵州省结防研究所机构单列,由省卫生厅直接领导。卫生厅乐光志、陶增厚厅长在发言中指出,1990年贵州省结核病疫情比1985年有所上升,要求各级卫生行政领导要把结防工作当成重点防治疾病列入议事日程,争取在3年内控制疫情,5年内使疫情有所下降。
