本文从数学的角度,简单地分析了焊缝探伤中使用的薄板试块定位法。指出,水平1∶1调整实质上是调整直线T=Kal+Kb的斜率为1,并以此对薄板试块定位法做了一些讨论。
In this paper, the method of positioning the thin plate test block used in the weld flaw detection is simply analyzed from the mathematical point of view. It is pointed out that the level 1: 1 adjustment is essentially to adjust the slope of the straight line T = Kal + Kb to 1, and some discussions are made on the positioning of the thin plate test block.
