目的 :检测碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)和E2 6转录因子 (E2 6transfor mation specific 1 ,Ets 1 )在原发性卵巢癌中的表达 ,为评估卵巢癌的生物学行为提供新的依据。方法 :应用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素 过氧化物酶复合法 (streptomycinavldin biotion peroxidasecomplex ,SP)检测 32例卵巢癌组织中bFGF和Ets 1的表达 ,观察其与肿瘤组织学分级、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移及它们相互之间的关系。结果 :(1 )卵巢癌组织中bFGF和Ets 1的表达明显高于癌旁组织 (P <0 0 1 ) ;(2 )bFGF和EtS 1的表达与原发性卵巢癌的FIGO分期和组织学分级密切相关 ;(3)有淋巴结转移患者的bFGF和Ets 1表达高于无淋巴结转移患者 (P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1 ) ;(4 )癌组织中bFGF和Ets 1的表达密切相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :bFGF和Ets 1的表达与原发性卵巢癌的转移有密切关系 ,检测bFGF和Ets 1的表达可作为了解卵巢癌生物学行为的参考指标
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and E2 6 transcript factor (Ets 1) in primary ovarian cancer and to provide new information for assessing the biological behavior of ovarian cancer The basis. (4) The expression of bFGF and Ets 1 in cancer tissues was close Related (P <0 05). CONCLUSION: The expressions of bFGF and Ets 1 are closely related to the metastasis of primary ovarian cancer. Detecting the expression of bFGF and Ets 1 may serve as a reference for understanding the biological behavior of ovarian cancer
