本文探讨了老舍面对近现代社会转型所持的基本感情立场。老舍不但忠实记录了转型期市民社会动态图和市民心路图,而且也冷静理性地解剖了市民思想性格弱点,并上升到对整个民族和国家现代化道路的思考。老舍“中庸”的文化人格决定了他所持的文化保守主义主张。这种主张在时过境迁的今天,最终显示出了积极的思想价值。
This article explores Lao She’s basic feelings toward the modern society. Lao She not only faithfully recorded the dynamic picture of the civil society in the transition period and the road map of the public, but also calmly and rationally dissected the ideological weaknesses of the citizens and rose to thinking of the modernization of the entire nation and the country. Lao She’s “golden mean” cultural personality determines his advocacy of cultural conservatism. Today, the idea of this assertion eventually shows a positive ideological value.
