幼儿表现、表达的主要途径就是语言和动作,幼儿的语言表达能力不仅是幼儿的一种交际手段,也是他们认识世界、接受教育的工具,是其生存、游戏、学习的基础,对幼儿智力的发展起着巨大作用。因此,作为幼儿教师,结合幼儿语言发展的特点创造适宜的语言教育环境,为幼儿提供支持和鼓励至关重要。在“反思性学习共同体课题研究”的实践活动中,我抓住了“改善问题环境,促进幼儿自主表达表
