教师的成长=经验+反思。经验需要我们通过实践长时间的积累,反思是学习循环的一个重要组成部分,需要教师积极、主动、随时随地地对自己教育教学的成败得失予以思考。教育反思被视为促进教师专业发展和自我成长的核心要素。我是一名非专业毕业的幼儿教师,通过三年中参与幼儿园的《在反思性学习共同体中提升幼儿教师行动力》的课题研究,在实践活动中得益不少,也总结了一些以反思提升自我行动力的途径。
Teacher’s growth = experience + reflection. Experience requires us to accumulate through the practice of a long time, reflection is an important part of the learning cycle, teachers need to be active, proactive, anytime, anywhere on the success or failure of their education and teaching to think about. Reflective education is seen as a key element in promoting teacher professional development and self-growth. I am an out-of-school kindergarten teacher. After three years of participating in kindergarten’s research project of “Promoting Kindergarten Teachers’ Mobility in a Reflective Learning Community,” I have benefited from many practical activities. Ways to enhance self-motivation.
