教务部门的工作,在整个学校工作中起着极为重要的作用。学校工作的中心是教学工作,教学工作能否有条不紊、有节奏地进行,在很大程度上决定于教务工作的好坏。教务工作的头绪很多,范围也很广,但是它要跟整个学校工作的步调合拍,譬如目前开学之始,就有很多的工作要做,其中象学生的编班,教师课职务的安排和编排课程表等,都跟提高教学质量有着密切的关系,而且要在学校正式上课之前做好的。现在就这三项工作谈一些个人的体会。
