在建设有中国特色社会主义的进军途中,我们将跨向21世纪。武装战线和武装干部应当具备什么样的跨世纪意识?我觉得,坚持解放思想,实事求是的思想路线,培养科学的“变动”意识十分重要。 这里所说的“变动”意识,指的是存在于个人意识之中的一种群体社会意识,包括变和不变两方面的内容。一旦具备科学的“变动”意识,面对千变万化的客观世界,就能应变自如,进入邓小干同志强调的“对的就坚持,不对的赶快改,新问题出来抓紧解决”的自由境界。
