Since September this year, Yunnan Luoping County Party Committee has issued 5 new measures for the control of armed groups. The official documents of the Party Committee have been issued and a good internal and external environment has been created for the armed work. Luo Ping County Committee has always attached great importance to the armed work, and every county committee has put armed work as an important part of shift work. Zhang Aimin (now the deputy commissioner of Qujing district administrative office), the former two county party chief Gao Daqiao (currently the director of Qujing Regional People’s Congress), took a lot of practical work for the armed work during his term as secretary of Luoping County Party Committee.
